Stage de recherche M2 : Intégrer les aspects écologiques dans la distribution de denrées alimentaires depuis Rungis
L’équipe AOC du LIPN propose un stage de recherche niveau M2 en collaboration avec l’entreprise Califrais. Il concerne l’élaboration de tournées de véhicules prenant en compte les aléas afin de minimiser le gaspillage des denrées lors de la distribution.
