Dear Andrew, It seems that it is not possible to submit issues without having an account. If you think you will be submitting many issues, I can create a LIPN account for you. Otherwise, there is now an email address for issues: rocq-num-analysis-issues@lipn.univ-paris13.fr This address forwards the email to Sylvie, François, Vincent, and myself. Sincerely, /MM. Dear Andrew,
Yes, there is a configuration issue with the server. The system administrators are working on it. I will get back to you as soon as it has been fixed.
Sincerely,
/MM.

Dear Rocq Num Analysis team:
I would like to submit an issue report to the rocq-num-analysis repo. However, in order to do that, I need to have a LIPN account.
To have a public repo, without a way for the public to report issues, deprives the repo owner of potentially useful feedback. (This has also been a problem with the flocq repo.)
In any case, if it is possible for me to have a LIPN account, then I can report issues.
Sincerely,
Andrew Appel
