Dear All, I wrote to you about 4 weeks ago about an upcoming DST-ANR call for projects joining AI and Applied Mathematics. The call is not officially open. Full details below (a link to the ANR and another to the DST), but to summarize: - the deadline is April 20, 2026; - many research topics represented in this mailing list can actually find an anchoring in this call for project; - according to the call for projects (if I understand it correctly), it is not a call for projects on uses of AI. I strongly encourage you to think about this call (which may not be repeated a 2nd year), contact your favorite Indian/French partners, and come up with a great project! The aim of the Franco-Indian call for proposals is to strengthen Franco-Indian cooperation on topics combining Applied Mathematics and Artificial Intelligence: Artificial Intelligence in the service of Applied Mathematics, but also Mathematics as science for Artificial Intelligence.
