j'ai eu le même problème
la solution est simple et rapide
repars d'un doc vide (le plan dont nous sommes partis)
mets toi en mode plan et recopie section par section de ton doc 30MO dans ton doc plan
pour une raison que j'ignore ça marche : mon doc de 12MO est passé à 1 MO
