| Bonjour,
Les agents du groupe BO Belgique/BO FR ne voient pas tous les emails présents dans la file d'attente.
En tant que superviseur, je vois dans cette file d'attente des emails provenant de la Belgique Francophone que ces 2 agents devraient voir.
Pouvez-vous me dire pourquoi ces emails ne sont pas visibles pour eux et comment faire pour modifier cela ?
