| Bonjour, Nous avons à nouveau des problèmes d'agents mis en attente, ainsi que des problèmes avec l'agent automatique "Abuse" qui ne ferme pas automatiquement les requêtes. J'ai noté que cela se produit quand un nombre important de conseillers sont loggés (60). Savez-vous si le P4 ou la version 7 résolvent ces problèmes ? Cdt, BPY > Les agents mailwh_palexe, mailwh_anacu, mailwh_egarlea, mailwh_mlebes, mailwh_strandafir, mailwh_dlabes sont mis en attente automatique . |
