Nous rencontrons un problème sur le hook "RequestStatusChange".
En premier lieu, le message n'est pas le même suivant que la requête est
fermée par un agent ou par un superviseur. Pour un agent, le message de
fermeture n'est de plus pas très parlant : "Connected Agent
agentoperations1 agentoperations1 [42] wrapped request #163."
En plus, lors de la fermeture d'une requête par un agent, on reçoit deux
fois la notification de fermeture.
