Hi Denis,
So the good news is we have agreement from Brent to pay some money
towards the upgrade, I think it was the fact that Olivier came to meet with
them this week that made them decide to go ahead with this. I shall work on
a Statement of Works and project plan for us to use. As you can see they are
requesting that we carry out this work on 13th and 14th February.
As I know them and their set up very well I shall perform the upgrade to
their test system prior to this date and will work through a test plan with
them.
So what we require from your team is an individual who will be able to act
as a business consultant and look at the way they are using the system, and
also to help them understand the reports and how to get the most out of
them.
Please can you let me know if we have resource available on the dates asked
for ???

Hi Robin
I will sort out the purchase order, we would like the upgrade to start on
13th Feb for the technical parts of it and for the consultant to do with
reports, hints etc to come on the 14th. Please let me know if this is
possible.

Hi Marjaneh,
First of all thank you very much for your time yesterday, I know Paul,
Olivier and myself found it very useful to help us understand the context
of Brent much better. As we said, time is of the essence for the upgrade
project.
I attach a copy of the Eptica order form for this project, will this be
sufficient for you to get the purchase order process in place ?
Have you been able to speak with Theresa as yet for dates ?? Once you get a
proposed date to me I can check with our professional services team for
availability.
