Bonjour,
Nous rencontrons depuis quelques temps un problème : plus d'accusé de réception envoyé au client suite à utilisation du formulaire.
Il est à noter que :
- l'envoi d'AR fonctionne bien si on ne passe pas par le formulaire
- nous avons controlé la configuration de l'agent auto sur lequel s'appuie le formulaire : tout semble bon
