The confirmation message should be fixed now, but in order to insure this, I do need Philippe to send me a copy of each formatted emails your web site will send to Eptica.
It appears that KdCity was sending a formatted email with
Remark = uhuhuuhuhuhuhu ---------------------
Portal = KidCity
And JFY, BFY ... were sending a formatted email with
Remark = uhuhuuhuhuhuhu
Portal = BFY
Regarding JFY message, Eptica does pop the regularly the xxx@yyy.zzz and xxx@yyy.zzz mailboxes and did not encountered any problems. It seems that either no message were received or your website doesn't issue any formatted emails.

Hello all,
Thanks for your help. I have tested all the JFY, CFY, BFY and Kid City forms. I have encountered a few problems:
- the Justforyou mails don't arrive in Eptica
- the customer does not receive a confirmation message when entering the form from JustForYou
- when confirming the message in the form for CarsForYou NL and I click on the confirm button, nothing happens. --> mails are not sent to Eptica.
- All the confirmation messages send to the customer have a code in them (see text under "rappel de votre message"). This should be removed. --> issue forwarded to Laurent from Eptica.
Thanks for letting me know if there is anything I can do?
