Dear Colleagues,
The Installation process of Viewer Email Management system is running by
Eptica staff. Ayoub and Ahmed are participating in this process as part
of Administrator training until the last of this day.
Next week, a technician from Eptica will come to organize training
sessions for Supervisor and Agents.
The planning of the training is the following:
