Hello, This list is intended to discuss the content of the lectures. Preferably in english since one of us (Chaim Goodmann Strauss) is english speaker. Below is a link on a wiki intended to build a summary of the lectures. Please check that "your" lecture is the one you though. You are assumed to fill by yourself its content (in a sketchy way - this is to avoid redundancy and to know what students could be assumed to have learn in previous lectures). To help you (and maybe force you to react) I've already filled some point of your lectures :) You can of course modify it, as well as you can add something to some other lecture, meaning that you would like that the lecturer speaks about this in his lecture. To edit the wiki, click the link "edit" on the bottom-left of the webpage. The login is "qc" (for "quasicool") and the password "cq" is obtained by a flip. Finally, the promised link on the wiki: https://lipn.univ-paris13.fr/~fernique/quasicool/index.php?n=Site.TilingsAnd... So, please edit, and do not be afraid of making errors, one can get things back. I would like to achieve this before 2015. There is 3 or 4 items to add, is seems possible! bests, Thomas
Hi eveybody, welcome in the isfahan list. My first ask is about the program. The lecture flips dynamics, whom I am in charge with Olivier, has two slots: the first on is the first day and the second one is at the last day. Is it possible to have them closer ? I think it would be better for students, and for us. Al the best, Eric

Al the best,
let us first indicate the content of lectures, then I will provide a dependancies graph of the lectures so that the propositions of swapping lecture can be taken into account
Hi, thanks Thomas for setting up this mailing-list and the wiki (beware, the next step is the "liste de la mort" which is a point of no-return). I am in charge of a transverse (or disjoint? you will decide) course about Sage (http://sagemath.org). After some introductory material, it could be nice to let the participants work on some topics related to the lectures. So, if there is something that may have something to do with algorithmics (simulations, conjecture checking, proofs, ...), please add it to the wiki, even if you do not know how such things work, we can work together on appropriate exercises. Also, if you know some existing related libraries that could be useful, we can also try to interface them with Sage before the beginning of the school so that we can use them there. Shall we use a separate page for that or it is OK to dump discussions there ? Le 2014-12-10 14:11, Thomas Fernique a écrit :

Do you plan to swap according to the Huber bounding Markov chain to sample an impartial linear extension of the dependency poset ? :P Ciao, Thierry
Hi, Thierry I will send you an email with a list of exercices/algorithms in link with my part (substitutions). Le 15/12/14 12:53, Thierry Monteil a écrit :
