Hi Jorge, This is the error message I am getting, srun: error: lipn-rtx1: task 0: Exited with exit code 13 _______________________________________________ Gpu mailing list Gpu@lipn.univ-paris13.fr https://lipn.univ-paris13.fr/listes-lipn/listinfo/gpu
Hi, without looking at the code you submit it's difficult to understand. What happens when you run "srun hostname" ? Cheers, Joseph
Hi, When I run srun hostname, it gives 'lipn-rtx1'.
This is what I tried to run: "srun -N1 -l -o output.txt script.txt"
and also tried, "srun -N1 -l --time=00:30:00 -o output.txt script.txt"
When I ran these last week, they got queued without any problem.
Could it be that script.txt is not executable? Can you replace script.txt by "hostname" and check it's working? -- Joseph Le Roux RCLN, LIPN, Université Sorbonne Paris Nord Tel: +33 (0) 1 49 40 32 13 URL: https://www.lipn.fr/~leroux GPG fingerprint: 647E BA11 F377 FA03 2A6A AFB6 6090 6D35 BE65 36C5

Hi, Yes it worked so. Strange it is, because in the last week it worked with the script. Thanks a lot for your guidance.

Hi Jorge, When I checked my output file, I could see this error message, "0: slurmstepd-lipn-rtx1: error: execve(): script.txt: Permission denied". So does that mean there is an issue with the permission?
Use strace to get some clues. Google for "execve() Permission denied". Le 01/10/2021 à 14:41, liyanage@lipn.univ-paris13.fr a écrit :
