Hi Gabriel, It should be enough to show the security guard the email with the announcement. If you need to (if the security tells you to, for instance), you can call me on 06 35 32 61 97 when you arrive. The MathSTIC building is right next to the north entrance (across from the T8 tram stop Villetaneuse-Université and the overpass for the T11), so it's no problem for me to come and pick you up from the entrance.
